Eliyahu has always appreciated music. "Eliyk," as he is lovingly called, picked up a drum set at the age of six, and went on to drum for the prestigious King's Men Orchestra. In 2002 he formed the Key Tov Orchestra, functioning as its musical director and band leader. Key Tov, under his expert guidance, has become one of the top Jewish simcha bands in the Chicago area. During his year in Israel, without easy access to instruments, Eliyk discovered a newfound love for singing. He brings to Kol Ish an unmatched understanding of musical theory, as well performance experience and a fine ear for harmony.
